Responsibilities

A store manager is responsible for meeting the customer needs by delivering exceptional

customer service and building effective customer relationships.

 

A store manager must be able to accurately assess a customers need, identify the most appropriate product or service, and satisfy that need in a manner consistent with Always Money values.

 

A store manager is accountable for store operations and is expected to maximize profitability through sales and loan growth increasing revenue, generating referrals, managing operating costs and controlling expenses.

 

The store manager will play a vital role in recruiting and retaining A player talent.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older to apply

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • 2 to 5 years of solid relevant work history

  • Must have a valid Drivers License
  • 6 Months of collections experience
